Shake My Days は、光希（Vo）と冴沢鐘己（G / Songwriting / Produce）による京都発のポップユニット。

2021年、当時17歳だった光希をボーカルに迎えて結成。クールで透明感のある光希の歌声と、ブリティッシュ・ロック、シティポップ、インディーポップなどの要素を取り入れた、どこか懐かしくも新しいサウンドを特徴としています。

代表曲「空はイミテーション（Blue Sky Is Imitation）」「夕暮れにサイダー（Cider At Dusk）」をはじめ、「知りもしないで（Without Knowing Anything?）」などの楽曲が、YouTubeやSpotifyを通じて日本国外にも広がり、海外の音楽メディアやラジオでも紹介されています。

また、「空はイミテーション」「夕暮れにサイダー」はテレビ番組のエンディングテーマにも起用されるなど、そのメロディセンスと独自の世界観が幅広く評価されています。

現在はYouTube公式チャンネルを中心に、アコースティックで楽曲を届ける 「ONE TAKE SESSIONS」、楽曲の制作やアレンジを紐解く 「INSIDE THE SONG」、光希がファンからの質問に答える 「Ask Mitsuki」 などを定期的に公開。

Shake My Days is a pop unit from Kyoto, Japan, formed by vocalist Mitsuki and guitarist, songwriter and producer Showky Saezawa.

Formed in 2021, when Mitsuki was 17, the duo combines her cool, clear vocals with a sound that blends British rock, city pop and indie pop — nostalgic yet distinctly modern.

Songs such as “Blue Sky Is Imitation,” “Cider At Dusk,” and “Without Knowing Anything?” have reached listeners beyond Japan through YouTube and Spotify, with their music also featured by international music media and radio stations.

Their songs have also been selected as ending themes for Japanese television programs, earning recognition for their melodic songwriting and distinctive musical world.

On their official YouTube channel, Shake My Days regularly shares original video series including ONE TAKE SESSIONS, featuring intimate acoustic performances; INSIDE THE SONG, exploring the stories and arrangements behind their music; and Ask Mitsuki, where Mitsuki answers questions from fans around the world.

In September 2026, they launched their official membership, Shake My Days Club, sharing monthly demos, livestreams and other exclusive content while inviting fans to follow the journey as new music comes to life.
